How to get your route
Getting your route
You can create your keepsake two ways: upload a GPX file (the most accurate — it draws your exact route), or upload a screenshot of your activity. Here's how to get either.
Option 1 — Download a GPX (recommended)
A GPX is a small file that holds your exact route. Every major app can export one.
Strava
Open the activity on the Strava website (strava.com) → the ••• menu (top right) → Export GPX. On the app, share the activity and choose Export GPX where available, or use the website.

Garmin Connect
Open the activity → the gear/••• icon → Export to GPX.

Apple Watch / Apple Health
Apple's own apps don't export GPX directly. Use a free app such as RunGap or HealthFit to export a workout as GPX, then upload it here.

Coros
Open the activity in the COROS app → the ••• menu → Export → GPX.

AllTrails
Open the recording or trail → More/Share → Export route → choose GPX.

Option 2 — Upload a screenshot
No GPX handy? A clear screenshot works too. For the cleanest result, capture the route map on its own.
- Open your activity and frame the route map so the line is large and clear.
- Take a screenshot (on most phones: side button + volume up).
- Upload it here — we trace the line automatically.

Strava screenshot (with your stats)
If your screenshot also shows your distance, time and pace, we'll try to read them in automatically so they appear on your design — you can always edit them.

Tips for the best print
- A GPX always gives the sharpest, most accurate route.
- Uploading a screenshot? We automatically keep just your route line and remove logos, stats and other marks — so you can upload it as-is.
- More contrast between the route line and the background traces better.
- Double-check your name, time and details before adding to cart — each piece is made to order.
