- Order & contact details: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number.
- Route & design content: the route images, GPS/activity data, event names, times and other text you upload or enter to create your product. This can be personal information about your activity and location, and we treat it accordingly.
- Payment information: processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
- Usage data: device, browser, and site-interaction data collected via cookies and analytics.
How we use your information
- to produce, fulfil, ship and support your orders;
- to communicate with you about your order and respond to enquiries;
- to operate, secure and improve our site;
- with your consent, to send marketing — which you can opt out of at any time;
- to meet legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only as needed to run the store, including with:
- our e-commerce platform (to host the store and process orders);
- our print & fulfilment partner (which receives your name, address and design to produce and ship your order);
- our image hosting provider (to store the images attached to your order);

Some of our providers (including our print, hosting and platform partners) are located or store data overseas, such as in the United States and the European Union.
