Best is a GPX file — the exact route. Export one from Strava, Garmin, Apple Watch, Coros or AllTrails.

No GPX? Upload a screenshot of your route. We automatically keep just the route line and drop logos, stats and other marks. If your screenshot shows distance / time / pace, we'll read those in too.

A map screenshot works too — we detect it and crop to your route while keeping the map. A plain route image keeps just the line. GPX is always sharpest.
